Our magnificent luxury villa with sea views is located in the Croix des Gardes district, just 1 km from the beaches and 2 km from the Palais des Festivals. From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the space offered by the gardens and terraces overlooking the villa, offering breathtaking sea views.

Peace and privacy are assured, as the villa is situated in a quiet, unoverlooked location. With 315 m² of living space and 2800 m² of land, you'll have all the space you need to make the most of your holiday.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, and the double living room offers a magnificent view of the sea, inviting you to relax and contemplate.

The villa has 5 double bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe and air conditioning for your comfort. There are also 5 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub with stunning sea views.

For fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym equipped with 3 Technogym machines, a weight bench and a yoga machine. You can also take advantage of our wine cellar for tastings or enjoy a game of table tennis.

Finally, there's a large outdoor area where you can relax and sunbathe on 16 deckchairs. You can also take advantage of the barbecue area and garden furniture for al fresco dining, while enjoying the sea view.
